We found everything on our list. The one employee we asked for assistance was very professional and walked us to the item we were looking for.
Right now not good thoughts about our coming all the way outhere to pick up big on line order....and nothing here. They have sold about 100 since Friday and after our purchase still show large quantity. Wasted trip, wasted time, wasted gas!
I have been in the Lowes a lot lately. I have found their employees to be super helpful, polite and nice. I lost my credit card there. Someone there took the time to look me up and call me. Thank you Lowes.
Just purchased a new glass top range. It has a section where the caulking around the top was smashed some how. It is not a big deal but called to get a service call. I was informed that I would be charged because it is "cosmetic". Yes they offered to bring a new stove but would rather have it looked at first!
