This place is a joke there employees and rude and don’t want to do anything
Screwed me over on a Lowe’s credit card told me I could use my Lowe’s gift card to pay on the credit card come to find out they lied to me and won’t fix it!
We went to Lowes Trotwood, OH in Aug 2019 to purchase appliances. We spent over $3,000. Were promised a $400 rebate in 6 weeks and here we are 8 weeks later with no rebate, not to mention all of the delivery issues. Very disappointed in this process. Especially when everyone was awesome when we were spending our money! When I received my survey experience call. I did communicate my sentiments to the young lady, her response was I’m Sorry! Yes, me too! Never again will I make a large purchase here!
place is pathetic absolutely ridiculous. customer service is a joke they really need to tear this piece of s*** store down and build something else
Has got to be the worst Lowe’s in the country. Quicker to drive 20 minutes further and shop at a different Lowe’s.
4 stars. I've never had any problems. But these negative comments are a bit of a concern to me.
I was trying to buy a new fridge because mine went out. The website says they have next day delivery on appliances, but even though the fridge was in stock, they said it would be two weeks for delivery. I asked why it was advertised next day and they said it was only if they didn't already have deliveries scheduled. Really? Then why advertise it. And two weeks? With no fridge? So I went to Home Depot and found the same fridge for $1 less and it will be delivered in two days. Lowe's lost my business.
I paid $4400.00 for a fence. They did not put the pickets on the same sides. I have been trying to get it corrected for almost a month. They came back out this Friday to fix, still not done. The contractor they used, I am not sure who they are, is terrible. I do NOT recommend Lowes!
I always get great customer service at this location!
