I wish there was minus stars. We spent more than 3 grand in plants this past 2 months. One of them did not make it. Went to return and we can not return without a receipt. Never shopping at Lowe's Forney again.
Had a great experience. Had a large purchase of tile grout and mortar. A very nice lady in flooring assisted me which involved getting together almost 800 square feet of tile and the other items. She found all the tile on hand (I bought all they had minus seven pieces). Shrink wrapped the pallets and checked my out staying positive the whole time. Great experience at the Forney TX Lowe's.
They need to teach the people who loads merchandise in the vehicles "how to load" I know there is a learning process I don't have a problem with that we all have to learn. But the guy almost killed me
No service 8 employees walked past as we stood looking baffled for the door section.. Found it and another employee called for help for us twice to order a custom door...30 minutes later we left...ordered our 480 dollar door at another competitor..."lowes, we can do it but they won't help"..lol
I was in there yesterday, buying cedar boards for a raised garden bed I am building, and 2 gentleman were very helpful. A special Thank You to Brian for cutting the wood and carefully loading it in my car for me!
Thank you to the wonderful employees at Lowes! I lost my gift card and didn't realize it , until after they were closed. Called this morning and they searched , until it was found. So relived! �
