Great store
Lowes doesn't stand behind the products it sales or its warranties. Would seem leaving a family without a working refrigerator for weeks is within the normal time span and acceptable and apparently according to the supervisor it maybe several more weeks and that's normal too. No one has any idea when they are going to fix my refrigerator and thats just okay with everyone. Cause yes not having milk for my 2 year old is just an ok inconvenience. Customer service may need a new supervisor
Arrived Horrible customer pickup experience. I've been here 45 minutes and the order still isn't pulled. I've asked to speak to a manager. The customer pickup lady calls the manager, explains the problem to the manager and the manager stays in the office and won't come speak to me. This is unacceptable, especially when I could have picked it all out myself faster. The 15 minute allotted parking time for a pickup spot is a joke at this point.
Went to the store looking for a fridge trying to use military discount but store would not do it due to server not working after showing my frustration and calling home Depot on the spot manager came over and approved for discount to be applied on the spot Soo happy they worked with me and made it happen will be doing more purchases there in the future
I bought a washing machine had it installed 1 hour ago and it doesn't work. I called the store and it will be Monday before they can come back out. I live 2 miles from the store if that.
