The customer services at this store is below poor. I have to wait 30 minutes for them to bring up an order just to find out theres another problem thats gonna take another half hour. Sometimes its ok to use common sense.
I purchased two gallons of paint Memorial Day weekend, that qualified for a mail in rebate. I did the rebate online, and a couple weeks later got an email saying my rebate was being processed. I never recieved the rebate in the mail. I checked the status online and it says that the rebate was mailed 06/18/14. Ok well thats the last time I ever trust that I'll get my rebate since it didn't happen.
Went to Home Depot 1st guy took my info. Was supposed to get call back. While waiting drove across to your store. Matthew Brown new his job and sold us a hot water heater. He told us everything we needed to know. He truly is a great guy
