We have shopped at Lowe's for over 30 years but have been really disappointed in their customer service regarding a bathroom remodel that is going on 9 months now and still not finished.
Very helpful, knowledgeable, & patient staff in the appliance department. They helped narrow our search and researched delivery options on several washer/dryers with no fuss. I wish I had looked at their name tags closer so I could personally mention them. Every staff member we have encountered has also been very knowledge about the military discount program. We will continue shopping here.
Staff isn't trained on new military discount program. Cashier and cashier supervisor wouldn't give military discount for veteran with ID. I explained their policy changed on May 1, 2017 and there was even a paper at the register saying military discount for past and present service members. Finally they gave it to me after I told them I even registered for it online and was approved. Please train your staff on a policy change that happened 2 months ago. We ,my grandson Lee Yancy and I purchased a fridge it was to large for the opening told Lowes the story purchased a smaller one Lowes was so understanding made everything right,thank you Lowes I will be back so nice
We love this Lowes- EVERYONE there is extremely helpful and has saved us quite a few times with our DIY big ideas. Trustan is our favorite as is always willing to help us find a great solution! We used to be orange box people- now we couldn't imagine going anywhere else!
