I love this Lowe’s, unlike HD, there’s always someone asking you if you need any help with anything. Great customer service every time!
I was at Lowe's today to get a refrigerator and I had a great experience I remember Nicole and Claudia in customer service and the nice Appliance lady located my Item in stock and it will be out for delivery this week. Also I love Lowe's because they honer us Veterans and I got saved 80 bucks on top of the labor day sale.
This Lowe’s can not get their act together. I now have used them three times for upgrades and all three times they have failed to deliver on time or as promised. My first experience was ordering carpet for a bedroom. I was told that it would take a week or two to arrive and installed within the week. This was not the case. It took 2-3 months for the carpet to arrive. I was able to order a custom area rug and have that made and delivered before this carpet even arrived at the ...Continue Reading
