How come people are allowed to enter your store without masks. (Apple Valley rd. & Bear Valley rd. in Apple Valley)Why are there dirty used gloves in the floor near the carts. One cart had at least 30 gloves in it. I turned around & went across the street to Home Depo. I used to be a regular shopper at Lowe's, spent thousands of dollars. But you just lost me as a customer.
it BS that a Veteran has to register to get the discount. Their ID card should be enough just like every other business

People are so friendly and so helpful
I went into Lowes Apple Valley Store to rent one of those Bissell carpet cleaners. I was shunted off between 3 different people. when I asked them to show me how to use it, they handed me a pamphlet. the pamphlet told me to clean it, but not throughly enough for them, and I lost my cleaning deposit because they were too lazy to show me what to do. Home Depot is right across the street. Guess where I am going?
