Delayed delivery. Then they dropped the material at the garage,not inside the house Now they are delaying the installation. It's a nightmare
I won't be shopping here until we can celebrate holidays at seasonally appropriate times. I came to buy paint, gardening soil, and Halloween decorations. They were all but gone, relegated to one corner. I turned around and left without buying anything. I won't be back anytime soon. It is not even October yet. There shouldn't be an excess of Christmas decorations and maybe a handful of Halloween things up. Christmas at Christmas time only.
Worst customer service! Purchased a refrigerator. To be delivered the Friday before the hurricane. Understandably delivery was postponed. Was supposed to be delivered yesterday between 9-1. Got a phone call the truck broke down. Rescheduled for today 9-1. It doesn't come, we call at 130 after multiple phone calls supposed to be delivered 3-430. Again it doesn't come. Multiple call layers supposed to come at 6:00. Still no refrigerator. Just got a phone call 7:20 PM it will be here soon. Let's see what happens. Will not buy a... read more

Arthur in the key cutting department gets 5 stars for being so diligent and taking the time to figure out why the keys we had cut did not work. He re-cut them and now they work. He was professional and extremely pleasant. Thank you Arthur!
Helpful friendly service. Good selection in all departments. Garden shop has amazing selection with great prices. Store is also very clean
