worst customer service bt Bobbi at the register. asked to buy two adirondack chairs that were outside. She informed us "we don't have those prices here! You have to bring the chairs inside". Really? She offered no assistance and lots of attitude. Had to go get the chairs only to being them back out to our car after. Poor customer service, Bobbi and Lowes!

I visited today Lowe's in Boca to shop for curtains. I met Vicki there, she works in this department, she was very knowledgeable and explained and answered all my questions about curtains and how to install them. She helped me so much and in such a pleasant way that I decided to add a review here. In general, this Lowe's store is very pleasant and easy to shop.
Does anyone know a general contractor that can teach the people at Lowe’s how to properly fill out the permit paperwork so that we can pass the inspection? Our new windows were installed September 2017, which was 7 months ago. We still have stickers on our windows because Lowe’s 1. Took forever to replace a cracked window and replace a screen that was the wrong size 2. Filled out the permit incorrectly 3. Still hasn’t resubmitted the corrected form.
