Whatever happened to Lowe's? ... over the past years we bought our fence through them - remodeled our bathroom through them - recarpeted through them - all great experiences and competitive prices - their subs - top notch ... Just canceled our entire appliance package and kitchen counter remodel - worst subs we ever dealt with (or in this case , didn't deal with) - Lowe's was no help at all .... Not sure what it is with the employees in Denver, but I have only had 3 in the entire store that were descent to us. And 2 of them are full-time teachers. The people that work at the return counter act like they hate their job! Last night was no exception. Debbie was rude before she even came over to help me by helping a lady that just walked up, while I had been standing there several minutes. Please do better Lowe’s. Horrible customer service!!!!!!!!!!!!
