3 tries to deliver a washing machine, 1st time machine frame bent, 2nd time power cord end smashed off, 3rd time I told them every time I worked till 3 deliver @4, Called @ 2:30 while I was in work, called back @3:30 was told they could not find my address and the truck was headed back and would not turn around, Now I have to come back later when Lowe’s gets my money to the store. Go Home Depot, Best Buy or anybody
They have been very helpful getting the pieces that we needed to fix the water heater and helped us with picking out bead board and molding.
Every time I have gone in Lowes lately they have gone out of there way to be helpful. I went to get a few thing yesterday and started with wonderful lady at the service desk. She helped me get in touch with the lawn care expert there, and he helped me with plans on improving my lawn. I then had to get some nails and the man by the key machine was funny and helped me find some finishing nails. They are short staffed at times, but the people on the floor are always so wonderful. Keep up the great work!
Poorly staffed. Thought that it was just a Saturday thing when I was there over the weekend, but can't even reach anyone by phone in Flooring today. Was disconnected twice after holding for several minutes each time. Third call was to a manager who said he'd have Flooring call me right back. That was an hour ago. It's nice that William, in Lincolnton, was able to answer my questions. Wish I'd have started my flooring order at that store. Wonder if/when I'll get my call back from this store.
Try working for them I did for 9 months the one in Denver is horrible to work for the managers is horrible they never help out they don't give breaks to cashier's at all we was forced to take lunches very early into shifts if we ask to use the bathroom we get blessed out for asking I had weight loss surgery and brought several notes in stating I need to eat something every couple hours and some days I was forced to take my lunch within a hr into my 9 hour shift and worked 7 straight and was shaking from not eating they are a... read more
My husband had his tail light broken, tools stolen off his trailer ( and NOBODY WILL LOOK AT THE CAMERAS 👎👎👎), no customer service to help him load ANYTHING EVER, constantly has to wait over 30 minutes to get anyone to operate a lift, etc...the list goes on and on. Yet this is the only place where he can get what he needs to work....probably spends over 1/4 million $$$ a year there. Come on Home Depot, Denver NC where are you???!!!
