Generally I like the store, but I was looking for residential dusk to dawn outdoor lighting which they don't seem to carry. And on this particular trip, the employee that trying to help me (Kevin if remember correctly) was off-handedly making fun of my laryngitis. Ordered washing machine told 7 days or less for delivery. Called to find out the status a week later. They told me there is no washing machine. They have zero in the store and zero in the distribution center. Why did they collect $700 from me if they weren't going to give me a washing machine? Lowe's screwed me over because now I still have no washing machine and missed all of the sales from Valentine's Day and Presidents' Day. Got my money back and will not be shopping with Lowes again.
I bought a Christmas tree the day after thanksgiving...... ITS DYING!!!!!!! Pine needles all over the floor, branches snapping, ornaments falling off tree bc branches are dying and unable to hold them!! I'm going to have very disappointed children on Christmas!!!!!!!
We've been working with Lowe's on our cabinet/countertop install. 3 weeks ago a representative replaced our cabinets. Within the next day or two, we had our measurements done for our countertops. APPARENTLY LOWE'S NEGLECTED TO ORDER OUR COUNTERTOPS. We've been without a sink, dishwasher, and counters for three weeks already and now we have to wait another three weeks because of your mistake. This is fucking ridiculous.
I am disappointed with Lowe's....ordered a new range back in November 2014 and still no word on delivery...thought we were making progress last month online, but still no response other than evasiveness...... :( maybe need refund (paid in full), shop elsewhere. ..
