Poor customer service, and Lowe’s does not have a customer complaint line.

Convenient, clean, generally not too crowded. On line order pick up good.
Have been in the Oldsmar Lowe’s 3 times and on the phone numerous times even with managers and nobody wants to help you. Then when you do get help they’re rude and short with you. Don’t go to this Lowe’s if you want a good experience ordering carpet.

The cashier was more interested in her phone than helping me. and it was hard to move through the part of the store i need due to multiple aisles being blocked with christmas merchandise.
Well stocked, HOWEVER, someone used the handicapped parking spaces to store pallets of mulch. These spots are for special parking, not merchandise. A picture was shared on the Lowe’s FB page.
I recently went to Lowe’s to buy materials for bathroom renovation. I got everything I needed for the bathrooms except The fixtures for the shower and sink. Both of which were on sale and out of stock. I was told by their cashier to go to the Lowe’s in Oldsmar and I’ll be able to get the same product for the same price and that they had in stock. As a sub contractor I deal with multiple lumber yards & stores such as Lowes and the Orange place. Brandon Lowes "contractors section" is the worst I've dealt with in the Tampa area. The two individuals they have at the "contractors desk" are usually more concerned with discussing what they had for lunch than they are with helping a customer. My last 3 paid for orders weren't ready for pick up and the last one wasn't even pulled Hate this store
