We purchased a new Whirlpool dishwasher from Lowe’s. We took at home installed it it worked for less than a week. We did what whirlpool required and they sent out a repair man. Who told us that our what new dishwasher was so new you can get a part for over a month. He even suggested we contact Lowe’s to see if since it was less than a week working that they would return exchange it. Kurt and Maurice and appliances were amazing and extremely accommodating. I thought Home Depot down the street had bad customer. I stood in line and was ignored by your staff.
Having been fighting to get answers and even people to call me back in regards to a front door that I bought as well as carpet, but cannot ever get anyone to give me an answer, or offer to make anything better. This has been going on for a month now. I even went into the store and the store manager just passed me off to someone else then walked away. Apparently this store does not look at their "poor" reviews. I've been waiting three weeks now for them to re-install an over-range microwave after Lowes online sent the wrong oven. Can't even get the manager I talked with to call me back. If I could manhandle it myself I'd throw it on their desk and demand a refund in a very loud voice!
Very disappointed in this store. Went in to buy a bathroom vanity, couldn't get any one to help, finally pulled someone from another department to help us. Checked out and asked for help loading. The cashier called 3 times for someone to help us. I finally asked for a manager, who got someone to help her load. Terrible service!!
