The lady I spoke to for curbside pick up was rude and gave me a ton of attitude. This is the second and last time I will attempt to use curbside with this store. Hire some help that cares about their job and isn’t rude.
Don’t bother ordering online for curbside pickup. They don’t answer their phones. NONE of the departments do.
I was very disappointed yesterday when I went to this location and none of the people that were working up front had masks on. There were no disinfectants available to clean the carts. Finally I found someone to get something to clean my cart.
I always find the staff at Lowe’s very helpful.

I spent almost an hour in the paint department to get a paint matched. They were incredibly unhelpful. Every customer that came after me was helped before me. I even brought an old can of paint to be matched. I will not be going back. Home Depot is just down the street.
Extremely disappointed in the customer service at this location. We came in twice today to buy a dishwasher and hot water heater and couldn’t get any help. The second time my husband waited 30 min for someone to come to the hot water heaters after they were paged, he ended up leaving the store.
