Shout Out to Michael W in your tile department. This young man is knowledgeable, demonstrates a willingness to help and is friendly. I really appreciate the assistance he provided to my husband and I with our kitchen tile backsplash project.
The worst customer service I have ever experienced. They made me feel like it was my fault because their system said there were a few of the items I was looking for but they were not in the store. Another store had even checked to make sure this store had one. No effort made to make the inconvenience more bearable.

An absolute nightmare!!!!! We purchased a washer and dryer during Lowe's’ Labor Day sale on 09-06-15. We were very excited because we got a really great price after the sale, military discount, and 18 months interest free financing. We were informed by the associate that the dryer was actually not in stock so we had to wait until the following weekend to receive our products.
