friendly staff and veteran friendly
Some people would rather go to physical stores instead of online shopping because they like the customer service... to bad this Lowe’s doesn’t have any. Their employees act like your questions are a inconvenience to their “super busy” day and give incorrect information the whole time. We went in there for a specific item and found it on display when we finally got someone to come to the hardware department they said that although they have it on display they don’t carry it in stores that we would have to buy it only. Horrible customer service... from a manager! JUDY, you need to learn all customers are important, not just your friends. Lowes loss. I will buy all of my and my elderly parents needs elsewhere!!
I always have a positive experience at this location. Worked with Larry to get kitchen cabinets ordered. My only thought is have more cashiers on a Saturday :)
Everything is great at this Lowe's but, Beth a manager there......she is scary.
