Lowe's Gurnee is Awesome! They have everything I need. Their friendly staff helped me find what I needed. I came here on Sunday to buy a pond for my Tegu (Giant Lizard) I always come here to buy his substrate too. I get Cypress mulch and it's super cheap and lasts me months! They are even Pet Friendly too!!! Thanks again Lowe's
Service for washer and dryers forget it! They have a repair company that takes a week to get there!
I will never be shopping at lowes ever again. Bought a grill back in 2012. Bought the warranty they proceed to tell me it is still covered and give me my options of what I want to do. After I decide what I wanted they tell me oh wait your warranty is expired and you have to pay for services. I have to pay for a grill that was put together wrong by them!!! I have spend over 2 months waiting for them to find our purchase receipt and somehow this is my fault. I will never be shopping there ever again can't trust them.
