Sad the gurnee store , people can’t see that 50 percent of item that is retail prices still outrageously priced wake up people
I went for flowers for my porch with my mom. The selection was good, I found exactly what i was looking for. The cashier did try to ring up some items twice, and i had to remind him he already scanned the items.
I will never do another major improvement using Lowes. There customer service is abosulty horrible. We had purchased counter tops and they called and said that they were being sent to the installer. So I called my plumber to remove the sink and disconnect the dishwasher. We had called a couple days later to find out when they were going to be installed and they told me that they are still in production. I ordered a few little things for a co-ed baby shower...11 days have passed and they have not been delivered as I paid for ....1/2 showed us 5 days ago and the rest were sent to the Lake in the Hills store which is a haul from here even though I paid shipping for delivery. Shower is on Saturday the 20th....no show, disputed charge will occur...VERY UNHAPPY per update below: all missing items received yesterday and they checked in 2x for further info. Updated rating a little bit.
Bad customer service. Tried price matching a product that was $50 cheaper at Home Depot. I was told they couldn't verify the price even though when I called Home Depot they provided me with the price in minutes. Guess I was asking too much to make a phone call!
If I could give ZERO stars, I would. My BOYFRIEND AND I were being followed by a manager and 2 associates as we were buying gardening supplies. We then proceeded to the outside garden area to look at more stuff to start our garden. Then, the PA system comes on letting the garden center know there was 2 people in the center....hmmm, I heard that red headed manager and her associate comment about our looks and profiling us as criminals as we walked in.
