Worst Customer Experience Ever!! Customer service and policies were poor at best. Their inability to assist you is astounding. Do not open a credit card either as Synchrony Bank who provides the Lowe's card will make adjustments without notification.
Every single time I've visited this store they have consistently given great customer service whether it's advice for a project or help loading my vehicle. I've tried Home Depot (on South Dale Mabry) a couple of times and no one really seems to know where anything is (I was looking for a floor drying fan). Any idea how frustrating that is when you have a tired toddler in tow? Went here yesterday for some plywood sheets to finish up a project and they ended up not fitting in my vehicle. Not only is Lowe's my # 1 choice for all of my home improvements, but I think that the store on S. Dale Mabry has the BEST Customer Service.
Beware I have found some of the employees in the store on here trying to pump up with the four and five stars. WORST CUSTOMER.SERVICE. SOME SNIPPY BLACK HAIRED MANAGER AT THE FRONT DESK NEEDS A PERSONALITY HELP. NOTE YOU ARE NOT ABOVE YOUR CUSTOMERS DONT TREAT US THAT WAY. I own a business. It is awful the service. As a contractor I hate to deal with Lowe's. Like nobody is working there. One of the worst customer service ever. Waiting for 40 min just to try to deal with staff. I strongly recommend everybody to go to Home Depot
