Applience delivery guys are incompetent and rude. Customer service is close to non exsistant and no one knows who to find to get questions answered. Actually had a cashier roll eyes and whine about paperwork when Lowe's accidentally credited our card money it did not need to. Overall a typical big box store of fail and morass....
This Lowe's in Tampa Florida the shipping & receiving dept. for deliveries is horrible, staff all over the place looking & acting puzzled
I recommend never patronizing this store. After placing an online order for wingnuts, the store sits on it for a few hours and then calls me to let me know they are cancelling it. Not because they are out. Just because they felt like it. Way to screw people over.
On August 9, I started the process to have a water heater installed in the condo where I live. At that time, they were offering a $50 rebate or credit, hold that thought. They sent an affiliated plumber out a few days later to fulfill the refundable $30 inspection and measurement charge. Fast forward to today, when they finally installed the water heater. It was almost getting to be fun watching the different sales people duck and dodge me when they could see that I needed help finding what I was looking for.
I shop everything on price. I find what I need and price it out. Costumer service is basic. It's a home improvement store. Products very on quality. Do your homework.
The customer service is extremely rude and unhelpful. They do not value their customers.
