To start off I have to say that Lowes has the absolute worst customer service that I have ever experienced! I bought a dishwasher, fridge, stove and microwave on July 22nd (Thursday) was told the delivery date of the following Tuesday so I took off work to be there for them to deliver they never showed up never called or nothing. So called the delivery number to sit on hold for and hour for them to tell me they have to reschedule because they didn't have my stove in the wareh...Continue Reading
Very disappointed with your customer service and warehouse delivery. We ordered a Washer and Dryer. The 6th we received the Washer, but no dryer. They loaded two washers on the truck instead of the set. Kept being told it would arrive the next day. Sat on hold almost 20 mins last night after a woman transferred me without telling me she was doing so and was told the dryer was never put back in the system to be delivered. Someone finally called and said it would arrive today. They show up with another washer, but still no dry... read more
