The clerk charged our credit card and couldn't print the receipt for a washer over $500.00 . we wasted 1 hour in the 2898 store only to have to go home and wait for the credit 🤦🏿♀️🤷🏿♀️
We waited over 2 hours to order 2 doors and they never could place a correct order for us.
the Alamo Ranch location, the associate Colleen in flooring was less than helpful. I asked if she had tile matching the color of another tile I wanted but she could not order (discontinued) but she said she didn't know if they had any because her section is under renovations. she didn't even offer to help keep look. this was after I waited for her to finish helping another customer. I ended up leaving the store empty handed
I was in the store while they were doing the morning huddle, which can be difficult to do when you are open for business. I still got taken care of by friendly staff...thanks Kiana! I was also help by someone else in lawn care, but I didn’t get his name, sorry. Great visit. In and out quickly and got what I needed.
I could only upload 10 pics but I have 17. Lowe’s delivered a fridge today. They significantly damaged my floor. I have tried to call the delivery line and the store manager. I could not find a live person to talk to. This is the first time I have purchased from Lowe’s in a long time and will be the last.
Uhmmmm.... giving a discount is at cashiers discretion... really
Lowe's is actually my preferred store, however, today I had forgotten my Lowe's card, and asked the cashier if she could possibly look up my account. She hesitated at first, then said it probably could be looked up, but she didn't know how. End of story. No attempt to find someone to assist.
The associates in the plumbing dept. we're busy lowering stock, but the guy spotting did his best to assist me while keeping an eye on the guy with the lift, gave me good advice, then quickly returned to help. Found everything I needed at a reasonable price. Minor issue at check out but great all around service.
