Terrible customer service in appliances, apparently Lowe’s is doing so good they can turn people away.
Purchased my 3rd fan from Lowe's. My contractor gave up since there were part issues. I called at 5pm was on hold or disconnected until finally being successfully transferred to customer service around 6:45pm. I was informed because I did not purchase installation through Lowe's 3rd party they could not send out anyone to fix the problem, and I would have to take the whole fan down, bring in the faulty parts to exchange out. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!! Alamo ranch Lowe’s is a JOKE!!! They sent me a used dryer, even though I paid for a new one, and the manager was as rude as the drivers. I had for different deli every dates, my washer was not handles gently and when I finally received my dryer it was dented. At that point I was done with Lowe’s. They brought me another “new” dryer this morning, not packaged at all, no plastic on it at all, even the instruction manuals weren’t in plastic. RecommendedMostly helpful, have had issues here & there. But that happens everywhere. Overall not many complaints about this location. Their people are very good & helpful. They get to you fairly quickly to when you page for help.

Incompetent and rude supervisor at customer service desk. One more reason to make @thehomedepot my place to buy!
With all that's going on it was great looking at all the plants. They had a great sale. Now I'm ready to go get some more
We have been regular customers of this Lowe’s for 3 years. Friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff in all departments!
We had 7 keys made yesterday and NONE of them worked at all. (2 house keys, 5 garage keys.) Not even if you wiggled them and tried to maneuver them in different ways.... super frustrating!
