They need to make the managers aware they manage the store that includes the personnel whom were neither helpful nor informative. One young lady took the time to redirect the issue that was one out of five that took the time to help.
Very great service , great staff, very clean store
cannot get over a store this large has only 1 cashier open and both self checkouts flashing red lights. took 30 mins to pay for a gallon of paint we had mixed . i wanted to just leave it but do not plan on returning to Lowes ,
Poor Customer service, the people working this afternoon either have no knowledge of the department they're working on, or they are just plain lazy, hungry, cranky, tired, and ready to call it a day. Mind you we waited about 20 minutes before someone actually came to help only to say I don't know I'll have to call management. And they're probably eating lunch at this moment. Love this location. Everyone has always been so helpful. Have never been disappointed. Would rather go to Lowes than Home Depot any day.
