Worst experience I ever had will never buy appliances or anything for that matter from Lowe’s ever again. Clueless people, clueless managers just a whole bunch of transferring calls and holding only to say they still don’t have my things in. I called the cooperate office to fix up something was told the general manager will reach out to me he never did and I have yet to received one of my appliances it’s going on a month now. Learned my lesson never again.
I was to get a delivery yesterday on a new dryer. It never arrived. I sat home all day. Call this morning and no answer in deliveries or with the manager. Not sitting home all day again. If they want to deliver today it will have to be on my schedule or refund my money.
I cannot believe the runaround my 88 year old mama has been thru with the delivery of her stove. First....no one told her the old stove had to be disconnected for it to be moved out. A new delivery date had to be made....for Monday July 1st. Today (Thursday June 29th) she gets a knock on her door and they are delivering her stove. No call to let her know they were coming. After my niece disconnected it they moved it outside and proceeded to bring in the WRONG stove. She bought a Frigidaire and this was a Tappan. She refused ... read more
Is there a rating lower than 1? Scheduled to have our dishwasher delivered today to our tenant. Got a call from Lowe's notifying us that it's been stolen!!!!! Our tenant took a day off to wait for this appliance-- now they're telling us that it will not be available again until next week. Soooo frustrated right now. I guess my fault for going to that location.
Good customer service, great location. Will definitely go back.
The worst customer service ever.....the store manager JJ is a complete bafoon.
