Carpeting people sucks, two employees told me that somebody will help me soon. Got me waiting for 25 minutes and nobody showed up. Lowes Highway 35 and Oconnor.
So ive been to this location now the third time . To return an item i bought online, 1st time system was down, second time we went past 90 days call the 1800 number. so we did they said no big deal, take it in for store credit, well we're still standing here like jackasses on strike!!!! 1hr later.
Customer service at this location was terrible. There were no employees in any department that could assist on finding items. The first employee that I could get into contact with was the cashier. Cashier made numerous pages over the intercom, but no one ever responded. I finally asked to speak to the store manager, but he was not in. Convenient. I will never frequent Lowe's again. Wasted 35 minutes of my life.
