RecommendedI just wanted to comment on associate named James whom was working at the tool section on this day 04/11/2021. He provided great level of service and product knowledge. It is always difficult to find good help. However, James approached me almost immediately and asked me if I needed any assistance. Very bad customer service. I went to the front desk to ask for help with some sheet metal roofing. The employee said he'll be there in a few minutes. Waited 20 to 25 minutes but he never showed up. Another client helped me with what I needed. On my way to the cashier, I saw the young man (employee that was supposed to help me ) on the phone laughing and chatting with another employee. Thanks for nothing. -5 star 👎
Great friendly staff ... I don’t ever like I’m asking a “stupid” question. They are very helpful .... personally prefer these guys over Home Depot (just my opinion)

Recieved a refrigerator ,delivery guy practically dumped it in place and left ,he left the doors uneven not level ,rude and lazy ,terrible employee in my opinion wouldn’t take film or tape off front and had to ask him to put grill on .i want someone here yesterday to either fix these doors or take this piece of junk ,I have $200 worth of grocery’s coming today and no where to put them ,if I lose my food I’m going to have to get a lawyer to settle the lemon of a refrigerator and refund of my money for the delivery set up,fee ... read more
