We had a good experience at Lowe's, customer service was warm and inviting.
At first I couldn't find anyone to help me but then I went to customer service the young lady there was very helpful. She called the dept and after several attempts was able to get someone to answer she told them to bring the item to the front .it was never brought so she went herself and looked for it .they had just put it on the shelf. If she had not gone to look for it I was ready to leave and order it online . This was the 3 rd store I went to . I wish that I had gotten her name .
lowes' customer service is awful, workers are useless idiots .
There is a scared, crying tiny kitten hiding under one of the Lowe's trucks in your parking lot! :( Reported it to manager & also ACS -- hope they can help him. They said truck won't move till Mon. -- it should'nt move till that poor baby is rescued! Wish ya'll could use all your security cameras to catch the ppl dumping animals there :( Terrible.
I have no problem going there cause I don't think need assistance 4 anything know where everything is. I should work there

I had a bad experience with the home flooring department. I can't even get anyone out to measure our kitchen floors. It is a very long story. I can't even get the website to work. I figure if I had this kind of experience with just trying to get measurements. How bad are the actual flooring contractors going to be?
