5 Stars Staff was friendly and attentive! They showed us they really care!
Not very good customer service. They wouldn’t exchange a defective product I purchased at another Lowe’s.
Lowe's is the worst store to shop, they delivered the wrong items and others were broken and their customer service is the worst.
Had to haul a Christmas tree by myself with my toddler in tow..... oh, they left the water hose on and on the floor, so as I was trying to hold up a tree with no help, she got a hold of the water hose and I think you can guess what happened next.
Joe in the plumbing area went above and beyond in helping me select the best parts for my toilet. He even offered additional advice to help!
