Rang the bell for special assistance. Waited for the 3rd to hit. Rang it again. It went through the cycle 3 times. I walk up front to find someone to help me. Low and behold, the employee named Scott.....who was in the tile section loading stuff in a cart comes over. 30 min and he never even acknowledged me. It wasn't busy. Mid morning. Terrible customer service
Why do you have curbside pick up if no one answers the phone? I hung around for 45 minutes and still dont have my order. I am a stage 4 cancer patient, so I cant run in the store to pick up! This isnt the first time I have had this happen. Why???
We had a problem with an online order and the assistant manager at the Lowes in Mebane, NC her name is named Jenny. She helped solve our problem and she exceeded our expectations because she was very professional, courteous, and she made our experience of purchasing another grill a positive one. We will NEVER buy appliances from Lowe's Home Improvement again. This is our second time trying to purchase appliances from this company and it has been completely ridiculous. The Burlington NC location did not have the drier we wanted in stock so they sent us to the Mebane NC location. At the Mebane location, all 8 driers were damaged and not for sale. Then Mebane told us the Chapel Hill NC location had two in stock, we asked them to call and confirm they said: "No, they never answer the phone." Luckily we called the Chapel... read more
