I'm giving this location 1 star because I ordered something online on the 18th for next day store delivery and it has yet to arrive. This was something for a project I was trying to complete this weekend and wasn't able to. Don't advertise something if you can't fulfill it. Learned my lesson.
Poor customer service. The Lowes/Kobalt Lifetime HASSLEFREE warranty is useless and a total lie. Had a broken 4yo Kobalt tool. Took it in. They refused to honor the warranty because they have changed the packaging and number of the tool. Was told because Kobalt had changed the tool I have no recourse but to buy another one. Then posted a derogatory review on their complaint site. Got a perfunctory message saying they would be in contact. 24 hours later...nothing.
#Lowes installed 40 hurricane windows which leaked for 6 months & now claims department trying to tell my new installer how to reinstall the windows in the cheapest possible way instead of writing him a check. Waiting in the paint department and a girl that works here says she can't help me and no one at this time cause there doin inventory this week and the only person that can help me is on break and have to wait I am so annoyed right now
Poor service , no attendants available and the wait time is awful. I guess the care more about their own savings.
