Ordered an appliance in July. No one knows the delivery date because of Covid, we completely understand. However, the lack of customer service at this location has nothing to do with Covid and everything to do with the incompetent people they have working here. Call the appliances department and get transferred 3 times, after each person asks for your phone number to look up the order and before you know it, you're being transferred to someone who has no clue and you have to start all over. Find Staff to be VERY rude especially at the appliance department
They have great products. However, my husband and I went to the Dyke's Road store to get a pick up order. We were masked. My husband was waiting by the car's lift gate to help load the items. A young man, probably about 22, comes out to load and is not masked. When I asked him to mask, he said he was just about to leave work (as if that was permission to go mask-less). The gentleman at the lighting department was helpful, super informative and super patient with us. He helped us pick out the best light fixture for our size bathroom vanity and he even helped us get the right LED bulbs. Wish I would have gotten his name!
Because I love my Lowes experience in Boone, NC, I keep trying to shop in the local Lowes in Davie. BIG MISTAKE! They literally have ONE person on the floor, two people at customer service with a line of 8! And there are six people in the parking lot playing with wagons. I waited 10 minutes for the acting store manager and walked out. While Home Depot isn't great, they are significantly more well staffed.
Price gauging at Lowe's in Southwest Ranches: 3 gallons of water $12.98! today during hurricane Irma preparedness!

I purchased a water heater. After 20 days it got installed finally. Customer service and customer care is horrible. Today after installation is done someone from Lowes calling to schedule for installation!!!! This morning another person calling to remind me to buy some stuff that the associate forgot to sell for my water heater after a few times going back and forth...Next time I would not come to Lowes...
