I just had an awful experience with a cashier who told me she was not appreciative of me being in your store because by shopping there I was putting her life in danger. I was told she didn’t want to check me out but she has to. No apologies were issued. The manager was nice but only made excuses for her behavior citing that “everyone’s stress levels are so high right now.” I’ll be going across the street to Home Depot and self checking from now.
Company changes policy without notifying customers on military discount.
Purchased a Christmas tree today, using my husbands Military discount, and when I noticed it was reduced to 1/2 of what it usually is (5% instead of the usual 10%), I called to see if there had been a mistake. Was informed by a lady there at the Waxahachie service desk that they were “tightening up” on their military policy. Makes one proud, doesn’t it . Shopping at Home Depot from now on.
Love my store. People are always professional and helpful. Store is well lit and it is easy to see. They almost always have what I am looking for.
Worse customer service!!!! Waited 10mins to get paint and no one helped and had to walk over to the service desk to ask them to call for someone. The person who was helping another customer walked away without even acknowledging me. He may not be in the department but acknowledge me standing there and get someone to help me. Horrible customer service. I ordered an appliance on 3/12. Was told it had shipped to the store. Week of 3/18 a delivery appointment was made for 4/4, by Lowe’s. Old appliance was moved out of house 4/3 to make room. Morning of 4/4 roughly 10 am they call and said that the item was not in store and do not know when it will arrive.
