This store has the WORST customer service I’ve ever seen! Before moving to Waxahachie a month ago we purchased all brand new appliances so they would be waiting for us when we got to town. They were, but the people at the store had no clue what was going on, even tried to tell me my washer had not been delivered to the store even though it was already at my house... sounds suspicious to me, but what do I know right?!?! The customer service department was staffed by people who were new and had no empathy for my problem. "I dont know and I dont care" philosophy. Items for sale on website should be available for store pick up regardless of stock item in store, sounded more like they didnt care if we bought from Lowes or not.

I came into the store in Waxahachie with my mother. I needed 4 bags of sand, which weigh 40-50 lbs a piece. I asked after paying if someone could please help us load it into the truck right (I suffer from an autoimmune disease and my mom is 68 yo) out front and the lady at customer service called someone on the phone and told me someone would be right out. I told her we both were handicap. 10 minutes later my mother and I worked as a team to load them ourselves. I was tired o… See more

I ordered all new appliances in January. Measurements were taken and products ordered. Two months later I am told they cannot get my cooktop so I should cancel the entire order and separate the cooktop from the other appliances. I did that but my time clock started all over again. Again, another 4 weeks process for delivery. When the microwave was delivered in March, it was the wrong one. The microwave and trim kit did not fit. We had to order again, with no allowance … See more
