Absolutely poor customer service. I have easily spent over $500 in this store in the last month. Went in today to return one item. Signs indicate returns on one side and customer service on the other. Stood in the returns line (I was the only one in it) and watched no less than 5 employees shooting the Sh!t with each other...at least 3 observed me standing there.
