Trying to get a hold of anyone from delivery is just a joke. I’ve tried 5 days in a row to get order status on something I ordered 3 weeks ago and I get transferred about 5 different places and then told to call back later or the next day. How can you not know when I will be getting what I paid for? Customer service is absolutely ridiculous.

I'm great disgust and disappointed on the treatment that I’ve received as a consumer and credit holder with Lowe’s home improvement. I came into store # 0433 (7441 two notch Rd, Columbia SC) on 5-9-2020, while there I purchased a new range for my wife as a mother’s day gift with a delivery of 5-26. On the first delivery date I was told it didn’t come in after tying up 4 hours of my day. the location at 7441 Two notch Road Columbia sc 29223 is trash I brought a stove on 4/16/2020 and the deliver the stove in 4/25/2020 when was suppose be deliver on 4/24/2020 then on top of stove not begin deliver on time the stove want get hot so in 4/26/200 I ask them to come pick up the stove and refund me my money and the manager William said he not going do either one...

Bought garden rocks online (several bags). Went to pick up, and after waiting 45 minutes I went and loaded them myself. all others in line also had no one bringing them their items. I spent an hour there and if I just would have bought them the old fashioned way, it would have been quicker. although there was 10 people in line to check out and 1 cashier. severely understaffed.

Don’t bother purchasing online to pickup in store because it won’t be in stock...or maybe it is but they are saving it for their buddy. I purchased something (9 available and still 9 available on their website) I get there and she sends a guy back to look (stops to chat a few times. Who’re even out of view)....10 minutes later I go back up to the desk and interrupt their goofing off and they tell me they don’t have any. Almost 30 minutes trying to get someone in delivery at both Two Notch locations. Not happening. Manager? MIA Update 1/11/2018- Been going to Lowes for decades. But that might change after today. Showed my military ID and was told I had to do it online. Whatever that means. They wouldn't give me the 10% discount after decades of doing so. Just like that. No mail, no email, nothing. So I guess they want me to sign up online so they can allow hacker to steal my identity. smh
