Friendly people. Staffing is shoddy especially in plumbing which is always busy. Independence store has more inventory
I love Lowes but today I didn't like the customer service at all. This woman called me "Honey" over and over again. Even After I told her I didn't feel it was appropriate in a business. Unless I am 100 or maybe 3 years old its not acceptable. My spouse calls me honey. No one else!!! Samantha needs some more training.
After calling in an order for a customer approximately 4 times with two different employees... i finally get here to pick it up only to find out it hadn't been pulled from 4 hours prior. Not to mention, I payed for 3/4 inch pressure treated plywood and they tried to give me 1/2 inch. Huge difference. Then tried to debate with me on item numbers which were listed online as what i ordered. After that i had to sit and wait for my order to be pulled for an additional 30 minutes. Trying being an employee and get treated like shit when you bring up a policy issue they dont want to hear it and dont want their drivers to follow federal government driving regulations and get told over and over welcome to retail and then demote you and cut your hours in half cant wait for Menards to open
