I do not recommend curbside pickup. On the day I needed this service no one answered the phone after calling twice. If you’re not going to provide this service don’t advertise this service.
I bought a pot to put a plant in said it was perfect for certain plants and all this.... couldn't find an employee in gardening at all so I decided to trust what the sign said.... the pot I purchased is now cracking all over and I'm going to have to buy another pot to transfer my plant into but I sure won't go back to Lowe's
you guys have some issues with items that need to be delivered to your property.
I stopped in this store this afternoon and picked up the items I needed. The two check out lanes in the lumber area both had 12-14 people in them. The self checkout lanes were closed and only checkout lanes 11 and 12 were open. Each lane also had 12-14 people in it. I stood in line and waited, and waited, and waited. had the best customer service in the lawn and garden. Andrew was very helpful with all the assistance I needed. Lowe's should feel honored to have him as an employee! The world needs more Andrew's! Definitely enjoyed my visit there today!

Nice job Lowe's. While a man tells us "I'm not open" and won't help us, and multiple other men wanna stand around and talk about how hard they are working, you have one woman running TWO REGISTERS and handling it like a BOSS. Moral of the story: Hire more women.
