Best customer service I've had anywhere in a long time. Staff is knowledgeable and seems generally happy to be working, which is rare in corporate stores. I'm choosing this over Menard's and Home Depot every time now.

We stopped in New Year's Eve day to purchased some doors. We had some questions, and no one was to be found anywhere! I walked all the way down to appliances before I saw a single worker. They called someone over too help. They were able to answer our questions, but no one was around to help load up the 4 doors we purchased. No one in paint dept, no one in doors and windows, no one in flooring! Very frustrating!!
