The workers there are so professional! Great place to shop!
Had Lowe's install treated lumber deck. 4 yrs old is cracked, warped, and falling apart. Did everything builder said to do. Treated it right away, and every spring after that. No product warranty and 1 yr labor. No more Lowe's for us.
Never again, call wed to schedule my delivery on my fridge lady says ok your all set for friday. Friday came and no call, so I called them, guess what THEY LOST MY FRIDGE!!! Yes they did replace it with a upgraded model but on a side note I asked for the 1st delivery day on Saturday because my old fridge is being picked up Saturday morning, so now all the stuff in my old fridge is sitting out because it's gone and my delivery time is 12 to 2, I had family plans which now I had to cancel because of the time given. Very good experience! Very helpful staff and very pleasant.
Shopped several times in the last 2 weeks for a washer and dryer had to return all 4 never once was I helped properly - the customer service was horrible non helpful unkind and the hard part is they are 2 miles from me. I am currently waiting on a call back from this store that I was promised over an hour ago! I will now go to the hall road Lowes where they were helpful and courteous! I finally found the washer and dryer there and had it delivered yesterday.
