In Sept 2018 my husband and I stand down with a LOWES representative to discuss a Bathroom Renovation. There was nothing but problems one after another since the project was started. From delivery to finish it felt like no one seemed to care! This past week the shower door was finally put up and accordingly to them they are finished! To us they're not! We just went there for a water filter for our refrigerator, and glanced at the washing machines and a young man, sorry didn't catch his name was very helpful. I bought a washing machine, bought the warranty and it will be delivered on one of my days off from grocery retail. Thank you so much for your help and assistance, I truly appreciated it!
I buy most of my needs from Lowes in chesterfield. High end washer, dryer, stove, fridge, dish washer, weber grill, etc. Lots of money.........I bought a Larson screen door and thought I'd treat myself to an install since I saved cash on the door compared to lumber Jack. The door was in stock and the Install guy called with a minimum of a month wait time? really? I paid my son to put it in and did it same day.....not good.....
