Well I purchased a new dryer from THIS LOWES location on 11/27/2016. It was scheduled for delivery on Friday 12/2 between 11:30 - 1:30 pm. Today is 12/12. I have not received my dryer! I have called the store THREE TIMES.. ASHLEY there assured me someone would be calling me back! SO... how many more weeks and phone calls must I do before I receive the dryer that I have PAID IN FULL FOR ON 11/27 ! I am absolutely DISGUSTED with the service at this store!
I have purchased appliances at this Lowe's location exactly two weeks ago. After a very unsuccessful delivery ( just put appliances in the garage and left without my signature), it is now two weeks later and I still don't have a functioning fridge...Scratched floors, dented dishwasher, hours on the phone and appointments at the store and at the house and we are nowhere near done. It has been nothing short of your worst nightmare delivery!!! I am at my wits end and cannot spend anymore time dealing with this!!!
I called before. I went to Lowes to price match and was told the policy and to bring my ad. I get there with ad, exact item etc. And i'm told the price difference is to great. a waste of my time. I could ha e just gone to the competition. I will not be returning!
