Appliance ordered for Sunday delivery had to be returned - no fault of store. On Monday new appliance ordered for Wednesday delivery. Electric dryer. On Tuesday received a call from Mark (I think) at the store confirming the address and that they were sending a GAS KIT WITH OUR ELECTRIC DRYER. I explained that wasn't needed and he said it would be taken off. Dryer arrived this morning - electric dryer with NO vent or cord (both had previously been paid for) and a GAS KIT. Again. They have good prices and give a veteran discount. They also have parking for veterans. Thank you Lowe’s.
Please don’t go to this shop. Nothing but frustration. Never again. I don’t know why the corporate is not paying attention to the problems.
