Amazing customer service. Fred was phenomenal and helped us start to finish. He walked me through steps over the phone and was such a good sport through all my indecisiveness! Customer service was fantastic and the delivery on all appliances were too. Not to mention it all came in early. I am very satisfied with this location!
It was hard sometimes to find someone to help but when we did they were very helpful. The one thing is the lady at the checkout in the garden area informed us about the military change over. I think that is awesome what you are doing because there are many veterans who have served 3 to 4 years and they don't have cards to prove it and I think what you are doing so they can also get the 10% discount is wonderful...thank you for taking care of our veterans...now if you could up that to 15% that would help veteran seniors...jus... read more
Very rude ppl.
Very poor customer service. The items I ordered were damaged and it was left to me to check them to make sure they were ok. I fortunately found the broken ones and returned them before leaving the store. The order was sitting in the back room with no one to get them. You could hear crickets chirp . There wasn't anyone one the floor the floor to help.Home depot at least has associates to help people.
