Nice helpful staff and very clean and organized store. Folks were patient and went above and beyond to help out. Would definitely shop here again.
My 63 year old mother ordered blinds for her home. They were measured incorrectly by a Lowes associate, cut wrong, and contracted to a half-rate, sketchy company for installation. We were transfered 6 times every time we called and they still haven't replaced the blinds which are already paid for. Its been 6 weeks. We are totally disgusted and will not be coming back. You shouldnt either.
alot better service then Home Depot. Has better lighting and a cleaner store.
well went from Homedepot to lowes because very disappointed with service and didn't have anything in stock we wanted..walked into Lowes heading to appliance area we met help that took us to the elderly gentleman that worked in that area wasn't 15minutes we had our stove selected and what we wanted had the proper cord installed waited out front after paying and looking around and was brought to front door and loaded great service Lowes will be back. 5 + stars! Went to Home Depot first and they had very little knowledge on the appliances they were selling and limited military discount. Went to Lowe’s, and when we pulled in I was highly impressed with the special parking for Veterans. My grandfather is a Veteran and I am always proud to see appreciation for Veterans.
