I made an order for pick-up. With no notice, the order was canceled. They did not offer me a credit, there was no email (I double checked!) When I called they said the order was canceled because the item was no longer available (understandable). However, with no notice, I was unable to get a replacement part (nothing was available at the same cost) NOR were they willing to get it to me on time for the electrician. worst Lowe's, poorest service. the lines are long because cashiers are not taught well. no one knows the stock, when you ask a question, 5 people have to be asked. management is bad, bad, bad.

I am looking for a kitchen island for my apt. They have NONE on display at Louisville store. Hard to buy something like this online. I wonder if any of their stores have them to see..
