The store is fine, but Lowes in general has big issues with their customer service. DO NOT buy their extended warranty/service plans on their appliances. It is a waste of money. Their subcontractors are horrible, rude and have no respect for people's time. All Lowes customer service will do is make another appointment. They have no authority over the subs and can't do anything to help you if the subs don't do their job. I won't get into the dreaded details here, but trust me and go somewhere else for appliances. I've been pretty loyal to Lowes over other competitors for years. I like the layout of the stores and some of their products better. After dropping $2,000 on a new washer and dryer, I received horrendous customer service regarding delivery due to their miscommunications and errors. When I called to try to resolve the issue, I was ignored hung up on repeatedly, and told to return my stuff and go to Home Depot.
