RecommendedNice clean store ! Helpful workers
Due to staff shortages, customer service is of no help. Today I went shopping for African Violets. After searching the store and failing to locate any, or a store associate, I stood in line in the Garden Department to ask my question. Normally I would say I have a Lotta great things to say about the store I’ve had lots of things done here. Right now I can’t say something positive it’s going on forfive months I’ve lost track and I still have not been able to get my bathroom vanity installed that’s all I want. cut the rude, customer ignoring help
I placed a LARGE special order of laminate flooring two weeks ago and it is still not in and NO ONE seems to care at the Suwanee store. When you only get 8 out of 75 cases in dont you thinkg a Manager might get involved and see what the problem is with the order. Not tell me to check back in a week! it has been two weeks already and no one has checked anything
Bought a dishwasher last month paid $160 for the installation, the dishwasher still has not been installed even after talking to numerous people. Not buying any appliances from lowes anymore.
Lowe’s rule #1 is communication is key. I purchased a washer & dryer 7/21, scheduled delivery for 7/30 because all the items weren’t in stock. Today the third party delivery guys show up & say the pedestal were damaged & not loaded on the truck. So when was Lowe’s going to tell me? I’ve received three calls from Lowe’s about the delivery, never once did anyone say anything about damaged items.
